For a long time, my life was like many others. I worked in retail, following a routine that paid the bills but didn’t feed my soul. I always knew I wanted something more creative, something meaningful—but I didn’t know where to begin. Then, the world changed. When the pandemic hit, I lost my job. It was sudden and disorienting. Everything I had relied on disappeared overnight.

At first, I was scared. I asked myself the same questions over and over: What now? How do I start again?

But sometimes, life pushes us in the direction we were always meant to take.

In that time of uncertainty, I turned to my hands—to creating. I started selling small handmade pieces online, learning as I went. It was a slow beginning, but every order, every message of encouragement lit a spark in me. I realized I didn’t just want to make things—I wanted to tell stories through them. That’s when I found pyrography.

The first time I burned a line into wood, I was hooked. The smell, the sound, the focus it demands—it all felt so real. Unlike anything I’d ever done before. Pyrography isn’t just an art form; it’s a connection. A way to turn raw nature into something deeply personal.

Now, every piece I create carries that feeling. Whether it's a custom design, a meaningful message, or a delicate pattern, I pour my heart into the work. No two pieces are ever the same—just like no two stories are. Each burn, each stroke, each grain of wood is part of something bigger.
